I didn't receive a confirmation mail.

Please first of all have a look in your spam-folder. Some mail providers may put it there by mistake.
Depending on your mail provider, it may take a couple of hours until you receive our mail. Please look for it later again.

If you don't get a mail within hours, please contact us using our Contactform. We will try to find the error as fast as possible.

How can I place a mark on an image?

On an image's detail page you can find buttons for adding, editing and deleting marks above the image. By pressing the button with the plus-symbol (leftmost) you can add a mark. A yellow rectangle appears, which can be moved by hold mouseclick and resized  by clicking and holding the lower right corner. By that you can frame the part you want to explain.
After that you have to fill in the form under the image with a title and an optional description. By clicking on the save button, your mark will be saved.

Why could my mark not be saved?

That could be a result of a slow webserver. In that case saving marks can last up to 15 sec. (very infrequent). If then the image is left before the mark was successfully saved this error occures. Please wait 20 sec. before leaving the image so that die mark is surely saved.

Why can't I see any mark editing buttons?

These buttons are generated by javascript. To see them you have to activate javascript in your browser. If javascript is deactivated you should not be able to see any marks in images, too.
If you have activated javascript and this error occures anyhow, please contact us.

Why aren't there any marks on the images?

These marks are generated using javascript. To be able to see them, you have to activate javascript in your browser settings. If you don't have javascript activated, there should no mark editing buttons be visible, too.

If the server is slow it is also possible, that loading the images lasts longer as usual or is getting cancelled if it lasts too long. If that is the case a reload may solve the problem.
